Support can take many forms, whether you would just like to connect with other people in the community and attend one of our friendship groups, or you are struggling with something that is troubling you and feels insurmountable. Crossroads is here to help those struggling in our community for whatever reason, whatever your background or circumstances, and at the very least, lend a supportive ear.Crossroads Community Care Centre Inc. is a registered charity funded by DCJ to provide families and individuals in the local community with support. Crossroads is also a registered community housing provider.
Crossroads is a community hub, a place where you can come in or phone, to get information about issues of personal or social concern and to find out where to turn to when you or someone you know needs extra support.
We can provide workshops, special interest courses and groups. It is also a place where local residents, groups and organisations can come to meet together, plan, talk and consult.
Crossroads is a place where Government department's can quickly and easily find accessible services in which to place and deliver new community service programs, without incurring costly overheads.
